To take advantage of Matter on Apple Home or Google Home, a "controller" device (HomePod, Echo 4, Nest Hub) is required. Otherwise, it functions like a classic WiFi switch via the Application compatible app.

Tempered glass responds very well to capacitive touch, but for optimal precision, it is recommended to have dry hands. Cleaning is simple with a soft cloth.

The Matter WiFi version does not require a specific ZigBee gateway (if you already have a Matter controller) and offers broader native compatibility with Apple HomeKit.
