Do I have to drain my radiator to install it?

Absolutely not. The NéoValve only replaces the thermostatic head (the plastic part you turn). The water remains inside the heating circuit.

Is the ZigBee version better?

If you have many radiators, the ZigBee version is recommended as it does not overload your Wi-Fi and offers better battery life.

What happens if the batteries fail?

The valve remains in its last position. The app sends you a notification well before the batteries are empty so you can replace them with peace of mind.
