Is the Neutral wire mandatory?

Yes. To ensure a permanent and stable Wi-Fi connection (allowing remote control even when the light is off), the neutral wire is essential.
How does motor reversal work for roller shutters?

If the up or down direction is reversed, correct the direction in the settings of the compatible application without disassembling the installation.
